We are seeking an experienced Senior UI React Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web application.

Responsibilities

• Help comprehend technical and functional requirements, develop, and implement business-driven requests and enhancements and software upgrades.

• Provide support and maintenance of platforms owned by the team and prepare documentation of solutions.

• Help the team create and maintain acceptance criteria for user stories

• Help Business Analyst by giving suggestions from a quality assurance perspective regarding user experience, possible performance issues, and future bugs

• Work with a cross-functional team to identify risks, mitigating them where possible.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in front end development using React.

• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude code, Codex, etc.) to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving - leveraging AI for code generation, debugging, and documentation is highly regarded

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in Python 3.x, SQL and web app development and data analysis.
• Docker / Linux experience
• AWS experience and/or certification will be regarded – any cloud would be acceptable
• Ability to navigate through vague specifications and requirements and coordinate and engage relevant stakeholders to obtain clarity on expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner, critical thinker and able to work under time pressure.
• Demonstrable ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Motivated to gain experience across a variety of technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and global team.
• Creative thinker and passion for innovation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field
