Job summary

CMC-APAC Private Limited seeks an experienced UI/UX Engineer with strong React frontend skills to design, build, and deploy intuitive applications on our GenAI platform. You will collaborate with business units, design, and engineering to translate user needs into prototypes and production-ready interfaces, ensuring accessible, scalable solutions across the delivery lifecycle.

The role spans discovery through rollout, including usability testing, performance optimization, and secure frontend

Qualifications

5+ years of frontend engineering or UX design experience in production.
Advanced proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design tools.
Ability to translate user needs into polished, production-ready interfaces without heavy handoffs.

Responsibilities

Work directly with business users to understand goals, tasks, pain points, and workflows; translate findings into personas, journey maps, information architecture, and product requirements.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma or coded prototypes; facilitate usability testing and iterate rapidly.
Build responsive, production-quality web apps using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS; implement reusable components and robust state management.
Design interfaces for conversational, generative, and agentic experiences, including streaming responses, tool execution, and clear handling of uncertainty.
Apply reusable design patterns and tokens; ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency with design systems.
