Job summary

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, QA Automation Tester. You will work closely with test automation and development teams to analyze and build a comprehensive automation suite including functional, component, regression and performance tests.

Minimum qualifications include experience in QA automation and manual testing, Python, Basic SQL, and UI automation (Robot Framework preferred).

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, QA Automation Tester!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with test automation and development teams
• Analyse and build a comprehensive test automation suite (functional, component, regression and performance tests)
• Follow the test plan / schedule in building test scripts, executing test scripts and reporting and documenting test results.
• You will also work on the continuous integration framework for the automation suite, assess compatibility with cloud-based infrastructure and ensure delivery of the software to its highest standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in both QA automation and manual testing methodologies.
• Relevant experience in software application testing automation (Python, Basic SQL, comparable to Rest API automation testing via Rest Assured / Robot Framework or any other tool technology)
• Knowledge of UI automation (Robot Framework - Preferred)
• Experience in using and maintaining automation testing frameworks

Preferred Qualification

• Selenium and database automation with Java / Python
• Experience on CI/CD with Bamboo/Jenkins is desirable
• Familiarity with AI tools and practices is highly desirable
• Exposure in building automation framework
