Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and extract relevant clinical information from patient medical records.
• Accurately abstract and document patient data into designated systems and databases.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation.
• Interpret medical records, laboratory results, diagnostic reports, and physician notes.
• Identify and validate key patient information based on established guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain data integrity while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Adhere to HIPAA, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.
