Job summary

Prime Manpower Resources Development Inc. is seeking an experienced ERP Project Lead to steer end-to-end integration and migration initiatives across IT, Finance, and Operations.

You will define data flows, governance standards, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include data mapping, migration, testing, reconciliation, and post-go-live support, leveraging Deltek Vantagepoint and SQL-based ETL processes.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in ERP implementation, systems integration, or enterprise data management.
• 2 years of experience in project leadership or integration management.
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, including data migration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and ETL.
