Job summary

Deltek Systems (Philippines), Ltd. is seeking a senior ERP/Systems Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance ERP platforms and core financial modules.

You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, Audit, and other teams to design scalable solutions across the full lifecycle, lead integrations with CRM, HRIS, and data warehouses, and contribute to automation initiatives. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 8–10 years of IT experience.
• 6–8 years of experience as a developer and/or system engineer.
• Experience leading complex projects.
• Experience with database deployments, schema changes, maintenance planning, data integrity checks, and supporting production and audit needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues across ERP, integrations, and reporting layers.
• Experience in full project life cycle development for systems and applications.
• Experience integrating and customizing business applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels.
• Strong desire to learn latest technologies and quick acquisition of knowledge.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance ERP platforms and core financial systems.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue, Tax, and Audit teams to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Design, configure, and deliver ERP enhancements across the full lifecycle.
• Lead ERP integrations between financial systems and CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouses, and vendors.
• Utilize iPaaS to build, monitor, and support interfaces.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for ERP and data issues.
• Participate in Agile delivery with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and PMs to deliver secure solutions.
• Develop architectural diagrams, integration docs, and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI.
• Participate in code reviews and release management.
• Interface with third-party vendors for escalations.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.
