Job summary

Ascent Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Reverse Logistics – Motorized/Driver to safely transport, retrieve, and track company devices across ports, hubs, warehouses, and customer sites in Metro Manila/NCR. The role requires knowledge of local routes and strong coordination with operations and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities include daily planning, device scanning, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance with data privacy policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
• Experience in delivery, driving, logistics, courier, warehouse, reverse logistics, or field operations preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle
• Knowledgeable in Metro Manila/NCR routes, ports, hubs, warehouses, and industrial areas
• Comfortable using Google Maps/Waze or navigation apps
• Basic knowledge of GPS tracking devices and tools
• Effective verbal communication and coordination with end users and team
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks under varied conditions

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily transportation and device retrieval
• Drive and navigate within Metro Manila/NCR on major roads, ports, and hubs
• Coordinate and track movement of devices from origin to destination
• Execute retrieval plans to meet timelines
• Conduct device pickup, retrieval, transfer, and delivery per schedules
• Scan and update device information in tracking system
• Verify device availability at ports, hubs, warehouses, and storage locations
• Ensure devices are documented, labeled, secured, and arranged properly
• Coordinate with Operations, port supervisors, warehouse staff, drivers, and customers
• Monitor retrieval activities and report delays or damages promptly
• Maintain documentation of pickups, deliveries, transfers, and transport activities
• Ensure safe handling and prevent loss or unauthorized movement of devices
• Perform basic inspection of devices and report damages
• Maintain vehicle condition and report maintenance/safety concerns
• Comply with safety, data privacy, and logistics policies
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
