Job summary

Fuji Electric Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer for UPS Sales to drive market presence and strengthen relationships with end-users in the UPS sector across the Philippines.

The role requires strong UPS technical knowledge, a proven track record in industrial plant sales, and the ability to travel for client meetings and industry events. You will develop sales strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate orders and deliveries with the Senior Sales Engineer or President.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems; knowledge of MV switchgear, power transformers, and distribution transformers is a plus.
• Established network with general contractors for data centers and banks is an advantage.
• Proven experience in industrial plant sales.
• Site work experience (electrical, testing, commissioning, project management) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing technical advantages.
• Support customers throughout the sales process, including product modifications when needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare sales reports, product orders, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Senior Sales Engineer or President.
