Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products during calls and branch visits.
• Monitor targets and adjust marketing and cross-sell activities to drive conversions and bookings.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising on suitable financial solutions.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of account opening documents per policy.
• Support OTC transactions as co-approver and co-sign bank documents following procedures.
