• 2–3 years of branch banking experience (tellering or new accounts).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and deepen relationships through marketing calls, branch appointments, and cross-selling.
• Monitor targets and performance of accounts to achieve conversions and bookings aligned with sales objectives.
• Assist walk-in customers with financial solutions and establish new banking relationships.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of account opening documents per bank policies.
• Participate as co-approver on Over-the-Counter transactions and sign bank documents per policy.
