Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of branch banking experience in tellering or new account transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Handle in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products and services to build relationships.
• Identify customer needs and discuss cross-sell opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Assist walk-in customers with financial solutions and establish banking relationships.
• Ensure complete and accurate opening of CASA accounts and processing of deposits and withdrawals.
• Oversee co-approval duties for Over-the-Counter transactions per bank policies.
