Job Description

• Issues and renew insurance and bond policies including endorsements.
• Prepare renewal notices to all insured clients before their expiry date.
• Assist in preparing proposals requested by intermediaries and clients.
• Responsible for conservations, upgrading and development of existing accounts.
• Responsible for authentication of all issued/renewed CTPL accounts.
• Assist marketing in the computation of premium rates and appropriate coverages.
• Will perform other related work in marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, or any related field
• Prior experience in insurance policy issuance, renewals, or underwriting is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of insurance products, coverages, and policy documentation
• Familiarity with CTPL (Compulsory Third Party Liability) policy processing and authentication is an advantage
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in document handling and policy issuance
• Proficient in preparing proposals, quotations, and renewal notices
• Ability to support marketing efforts in premium computation and coverage recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with intermediaries, clients, and internal teams
• Capable of maintaining and developing existing client accounts through active conservation and account upgrading initiatives
• Willingness to perform other related tasks in support of the marketing team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
