Job summary

OceanaGold in the Philippines seeks an Engineer- Mine Planning to drive safe, efficient underground mining operations at the Didipio site. You will develop mine plans, analyze geological data, and support risk assessments under the Senior Engineer - Mine Planning.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’+ experience in underground mining environment or equivalent.
Registered Mining Engineer certification or license.
Experience in surface and underground mining operations is desirable.
Knowledge of blasting and production development methods.

Responsibilities

Develops short-term and long-term mine plans.
Analyzes geological data to optimize plans.
Contributes to risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Assesses constructability and environmental impacts of mining projects.
Supports safety and environmental compliance.
