Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Web Developer to join our Marketing team in Manila. The role focuses on CMS management (Umbraco), landing page buildouts for campaigns, and collaboration with the Senior Website Manager and developers to optimise web experiences.

You will ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and UX alignment while supporting personalisation efforts, analytics, and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a CMS such as Umbraco.
• Understanding of UX principles and web content structure.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience building landing pages for campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
• Project management / coordination for web projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website content within Umbraco CMS.
• Build and publish landing pages aligned to campaign objectives.
• Publish core content and support development tickets with the Senior Website Manager.
• Ensure pages meet brand, accessibility, and UX standards.
• Develop and update on-page content including copy, imagery, and CTAs.
• Support personalisation strategies with developers and stakeholders.
• Assist with A/B testing and optimisation of web journeys.
• Monitor performance metrics including engagement and conversion.
• Produce performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate across the CMO team to support digital campaigns.
• Conduct QA checks before publication and manage updates efficiently.
