Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Web Developer to join our Manila-based hybrid team. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing our Umbraco CMS, building campaign landing pages, and supporting personalization and analytics.

You will work with the Senior Website Manager, content manager, and developers to ensure on-brand, accessible, and high-performing web experiences. Experience with C#/.NET and Azure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with Umbraco CMS content management and publishing.
• Understanding of UX and content structuring for web pages.
• Basic analytics and reporting tool familiarity.
• Experience building campaign landing pages.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders; good teamwork.
• Project management capabilities for web projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website content within Umbraco CMS.
• Build and publish landing pages aligned to campaign objectives.
• Review and publish core content; manage development tickets for the website.
• Ensure pages meet brand, accessibility, and UX standards.
• Develop and update on-page content including copy, imagery, and CTAs.
• Support personalization strategies with developers and stakeholders.
• Assist with A/B testing and optimisation of web journeys.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the CMO team to support digital campaigns.
