MyHealth Clinic - Corporate is seeking an Ultrasound Assistant to support ultrasound procedures in a busy clinical setting in Manila. The role focuses on patient information verification, consent, equipment preparation and maintenance, and accurate reporting of results.

The incumbent will ensure patient privacy, operate ultrasound machines correctly, and assist physicians during interpretation while adhering to safety and OSH requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist, register, queue, and verify patient information prior to ultrasound procedures.
• Secure the required patient waiver and informed consent before conducting procedures.
• Prepare, inspect, clean, and maintain ultrasound equipment; promptly report defective equipment and recommend repairs or replacement.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately, explain procedures, and review relevant medical history.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to obtain clear, accurate diagnostic images.
• Print, document, and maintain ultrasound results while ensuring strict patient confidentiality.
• Submit ultrasound results to the Physician for review and provide technical assistance during interpretation.
• Monitor medical instruments and office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports of patients examined within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
• Participate in safety, health, and OSH programs, training, and capacity-building activities.
• Properly use and maintain all safety devices and protective equipment provided in the workplace.
• Follow established safety procedures and instructions to prevent accidents and workplace hazards.
• Follow emergency procedures and participate in national or local disaster drills as required.
• Promptly report identified workplace hazards to the supervisor or safety personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Prepare and submit accurate reports of patients examined within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
• Participate in safety, health, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs, training, and capacity‑building activities.
• Properly use and maintain all safety devices and protective equipment provided in the workplace.
• Follow established safety procedures and instructions to prevent accidents and workplace hazards.
• Follow emergency procedures and participate in national or local disaster drills as required.
• Promptly report identified workplace hazards to the immediate supervisor or designated safety and health personnel.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
