We are seeking a Licensed Radiologic Technologist with hands-on experience in Ultrasound to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures accurately and safely while ensuring patient comfort and quality imaging results.
Perform ultrasound examinations following established clinical procedures and protocols.
Prepare and properly position patients for ultrasound procedures.
Explain the procedure to patients and provide appropriate assistance throughout the examination.
Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to obtain clear and high-quality images.
Ensure proper documentation and completeness of ultrasound examinations.
Review images for quality and repeat examinations when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Follow proper infection control, patient safety, and equipment handling procedures.
Perform basic equipment checks and report technical issues or equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized imaging area.
Coordinate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
Must be a Licensed Radiologic Technologist (RRT).
Relevant experience in Ultrasound.
Knowledge of ultrasound procedures, patient positioning, and imaging protocols.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a clinical environment.
Computer literate and capable of maintaining accurate documentation.
Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care and imaging quality.
Hands-on experience operating ultrasound equipment.
Familiarity with various ultrasound examinations and procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
