Job Description

• As a vital member of our Primary Care team, the Ultrasound Technologist plays a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports accurate and timely patient care. You will operate ultrasound machines, ensure image quality, and collaborate closely with physicians and other clinical staff — all while providing a calm, reassuring experience for patients.

What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Prepare, position, and educate patients for ultrasound procedures
• Perform a variety of ultrasound scans (e.g., whole abdomen, thyroid, breast, KUB, HBT) within turnaround targets
• Ensure accuracy of patient history, image quality, and scan documentation
• Operate ultrasound machines and maintain diagnostic equipment cleanliness and functionality
• Collaborate with Radiologists and OB Sonologists for confirmation of results
• Assist in special ultrasound procedures and help manage scheduling or patient inquiries
• Uphold safety protocols, patient confidentiality, and customer service excellence
• Use PACS, Emedcore, and Lifesys systems to record and manage results

Qualifications

Education:

• Preferred: Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology with PRC license (RRT or RXT)
• Open to Trainable Candidates: Allied medical course graduates with strong clinical aptitude
• Calm, compassionate, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced clinic
• Amenable to rotational shifts with graveyard schedule (5‑day work week, varying rest days)
