Job summary

Philips is seeking a Modality Sales Specialist - Ultrasound to drive business development and sales for ultrasound modalities in the Philippines, build the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

The role involves identifying opportunities, presenting to customers, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with Marketing to support strategic goals while upholding regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management and marketing in the medical industry preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication and follow up skills.
• Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus; Highly Motivated with Strong Negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the market and ability to work autonomously in a team-selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives business development and sales for the Ultrasound modality, identifying and converting new opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
• Executes sales efforts for assigned modalities, delivers accurate forecasting and develops strategic sales plans.
• Maintains CRM records with accurate customer interactions and sales data to support strategies and relationships.
