Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a Finance Manager to safeguard financial governance, lead the finance team, and drive cross-border compliance across the group. You will oversee statutory and management reporting, treasury activities, and tax strategy while collaborating with the Shared Service Center in Manila.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in Finance or related field and at least 5 years of multinational financial management experience, with strong analytical and leadership abilities to guide

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial management experience, ideally in a multinational or multi-country environment.
• Understanding of international accounting standards and UK financial regulations.
• Proven ability to work autonomously.
• Experience working with shared service centers and external accounting providers is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with local regulations, accounting principles, and Group standards.
• Oversee financial analysis and reporting (statutory and management reporting), AP/AR, costs control, budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center in Manila for accurate transactional processing, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Supervise Treasury activities including cash forecasting, cash pooling, and working capital management.
• Ensure proper application of Group Credit Management policy and tax compliance across the scope.
• Contribute to tax strategy and monitor transfer pricing and tax regulation compliance.
• Advise on financial impact of new opportunities and reorganizations; support internal stakeholders and due diligence when needed.
• Drive internal controls, audit action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
