Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced UK Banking / Collections Specialist to support a UK banking and financial services account. The role requires handling payments, overdue balances, and regulatory compliance within a busy BPO environment from an on-site office in Quezon City on a UK shift.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of UK banking/collections experience, excellent English, and strong negotiation skills to resolve accounts and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
