Job summary

Quess Philippines Corp. is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to translate SRS into production-ready screens and deliver annotated Figma mockups for web and mobile across multiple workstreams.

You will maintain a shared design system and collaborate with analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure accurate workflows and visual consistency. The role requires strong Figma proficiency, solid interpreting SRS, and adherence to accessibility guidelines, including SGDS where applicable.

Qualifications

• Translates System Requirements into UI layouts
• Creates production-ready screen mockups in Figma
• Ensures accessibility and design system conformance

Responsibilities

• Review SRS and user stories to derive UI design requirements
• Produce high-fidelity Figma mockups for web and mobile
• Maintain a consistent component library and design system in Figma
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and Product Owner for accurate workflows
• Annotate mocks with interaction notes and states for handoff
• Identify ambiguities in requirements and resolve with BA team
• Support UAT and testing with design reference materials
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and SGDS where applicable
• Document annotated screen flows and design decisions
