Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance specialist to design and execute comprehensive test plans for online gaming platforms, validate core logic and RNG behavior, and triage defects across live deployments. You will perform root-cause analysis, monitor platform health, and coordinate API integrations with external vendors to ensure seamless game launches.

The role requires at least 3 years in technical support or UAT within the iGaming or gaming tech

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, UAT, or technical application support in iGaming, online casino, or gaming tech.
Experience troubleshooting REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and web/mobile platform behaviors.

Responsibilities

Design, document, and execute UAT test plans, scenarios, and scripts for online gaming platforms.
Validate core application logic, rule engines, and RNG behavior across modules.
Identify, triage, and track defects using enterprise tools (e.g., Service Now, GitHub).
Conduct regression testing and post-deployment validation after updates and vendor releases.
Perform root-cause analysis of live application failures and monitor health using prescribed tools.
Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors for API integration testing and issue resolution.
