Job summary

IFIVE INC. is seeking a US Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support for U.S. Personal Injury cases.

The role focuses on drafting and organizing case documents, pre-litigation support, and maintaining accurate case files. You will assist attorneys and Case Managers, manage deadlines, and ensure confidentiality while working night shifts on-site at Rockwell Center, Manila. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of paralegal or legal support experience and hands-on PI exposure, with strong

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of paralegal or legal support experience.
• Must have hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Injury cases.
• Strong English writing and verbal skills.
• Able to work night shifts and on-site at Rockwell Center, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and pleadings.
• Organize case documents and maintain accurate files.
• Support pre-litigation activities and case evaluation.
• Assist attorneys and Case Managers with tasks.
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
