Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking candidates for unit turnover roles at the Verdon Parc project site in Davao City. The position requires a background in Architecture or Engineering, with initial construction or property management exposure.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and there is support for learning, development, and career growth. Successful candidates will inspect units for cleanliness, ensure compliance with quality standards, and coordinate dress-up, pre-turnover checks, and client handover

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture or any Engineering courses; Preferably without Licensed
• At least one year of relevant experience in construction or property management
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Has strong understanding of construction processes and finishing standards
• Preferably within Davao City only
• Must be willing to be deployed in Verdon Parc project site (Ecoland Drive corner Peacock Street, Matina, Davao City, Davao del Sur)

Responsibilities

• Inspects assigned units to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and full functionality prior to client turnover.
• Ensures all units comply with company quality standards and turnover requirements.
• Oversees dress-up works and unit setup to align with both company specifications and client expectations.
• Conducts thorough pre-turnover checks to identify and resolve any deficiencies
• Facilitates the client’s acceptance of their unit and provide relevant orientation or documentation.
• Addresses client concerns during the turnover process and coordinate the timely resolution of punch list items.
• Updates unit status in project monitoring tools and communicate progress with relevant team members.
• Prepares and submits reports on turnover activities, punch list resolutions, and unit readiness.
