Job summary

Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a Turnover Technician in Metro Manila to support the Turnover Department, ensuring smooth transaction and maintenance of developer inventory. You will assist in unit and parking slot qualification, validation, and upkeep under supervision.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, performing basic repairs, documenting findings, and preparing inventory reports. Assigned location includes Parañaque and Pasay, with on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school level, vocational; equivalent or higher.
• Five (5) years solid experience in real estate setting assisting concerned department in housekeeping, monitoring, filing, repair and maintenance.
• HK, Electrical Safety, Basic Plumbing, Repair and Maintenance and Punchlisting/Filing of Docs.
• Willing to be assigned in Parañaque and Pasay.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying/punchlisting unit status with turnover team.
• Survey and validate units and parking slots before turnover.
• Maintain developer's inventory and prepare periodic reports.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance under supervision and support senior technicians.
• Coordinate with departments to facilitate turnover processes.
• Document management of maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports related to inventory and turnover and perform related duties.
