Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Naic, Cavite seeks a customer-focused coordinator to support turnover processes and buyer eligibility checks on-site. You will inspect units, coordinate with PMG, and assist buyers during turnover, move-ins, inspections, rectifications, and renovations, traveling to project sites as needed.

Job description

Location: Naic, Cavite

- Basic pay + overtime pay

- Government mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure eligibility of buyers prior to the turnover of units;
• To inspect and accept units from Project Management Group’s (PMG) for turnover to clients; and
• To assist buyers in the house turnover, move-in, inspection, rectification, and renovation of units in coordination with PMG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service, real estate operations, turnover, or property management is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when necessary.
