GDS TS UKI Talent Project Manager
Position Summary
Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment, Onboarding, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility, and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TS delivers services from centres in Buenos Aires, Kerala, Bangalore, Wroclaw, and Manila, and supports a globally efficient network of GDS centres. This role will support Talent Transformation projects in support of UKI Talent, managing relevant procedures and ensuring project execution by coordinating activities, problem‑solving, maintaining project plans, and ensuring smooth execution across workstreams. It works closely with stakeholders to track progress, support governance and reporting, and drive clear communication.

Essential Functions
Project Coordination & Delivery Support
- Provide day‑to‑day coordination support across Talent Transformation projects, ensuring activities are tracked and delivered in line with agreed timelines and priorities
- Support the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out, with clear oversight of tasks and deliverables
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates working closely with the PMO lead
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
- Support stakeholder communications by ensuring updates, actions, and key messages are shared clearly and consistently
- Build effective working relationships with Talent teams across countries and Service Lines to support smooth project delivery
Governance, Reporting & Administration
- Maintain project governance artefacts, including status reports, action logs, and risk and issue trackers
- Support regular reporting cycles, ensuring progress, risks, and key updates are accurately captured and communicated
- Provide operational and administrative support across projects, ensuring strong organization and delivery discipline
- Assist in implementing solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum
Meetings & Workshops
- Coordinate project meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, and follow‑ups
- Capture minutes, actions and decisions, ensuring they are tracked and delivered
Change & Communications Support
- Support the delivery of change and communication activities, including preparing materials and tracking engagement
- Help ensure key messages are effectively cascaded across relevant stakeholder groups
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working within the team
- Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and quality of project delivery

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR or related field
- Preferred experience includes working in: Change management / Talent Operations type roles, international and diverse environments, Matrix organisations, Project management
