Job summary

Citco Philippines is a trusted global leader in fund services and corporate governance. The team provides comprehensive accounting services to multinational clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.

As part of the Corporate Solutions Accounting Team, you will perform general accounting and payroll-related tasks, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with colleagues across Citco offices to deliver timely and accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Accounting or Accounting Technology.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in accounting/audit environments; familiarity with international standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS, HK FRS or SG FRS would be beneficial.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping per local, international, and industry standards.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for statutory and management purposes.
• Substantiate expenditures and expense reports as needed.
• Monitor financial transactions and review supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients, Citco offices, and third parties.
• Maintain client payroll files and assist payroll-related tasks.
• Assist in converting Financial Statements to different formats.
• Support team with other tasks and deliverables.
