Job summary

Motormall NCR Inc.- Hino Pasig is seeking a results-driven sales personnel to handle and develop customers, pursue a comprehensive sales strategy, and meet monthly and annual quotas. The role requires proactive outreach, daily client touches, and maintaining accurate sales reports while delivering quality after-sales support.

You will work in our Pasig showroom, assist walk-in buyers, and build lasting relationships with top prospects to drive growth in the automotive division.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles in automotive is preferred.
• Able to engage customers and close deals.
• Willingness to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Concentrate on handling and developing customers and pursue a comprehensive sales strategy for top prospects.
• Responsible for developing new business in the assigned territory by performing at least 3 touches per day and/or executing group saturation field work
• Handles walk-in customer inquiries in the showroom during floor duty
• Attains allocated sales quotas in line with monthly and annual goals.
• Maintains accurate sales reports detailing the progress and status of all accounts.
• Maintains positive business relations with clients by ensuring quality after-sales support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male / Female


• Preferably, but not required, with at least 1 year of experience as Sales Personnel in the Automotive Industry


• Can Start Immediately
