Job summary

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is looking for a skilled Truck Electrician / Aircon Truck Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and air-conditioning systems on our heavy‑duty fleets.

You will perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and roadside assistance, coordinating with drivers and the Fleet/Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in automotive electrical and/or RAC, TESDA NC II advantageous, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive electrical and/or air conditioning repair.
• Experience working on heavy-duty trucks and trailers preferred.
• TESDA NC II certification is an advantage.
• Willing to perform roadside/emergency repairs.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and systems of heavy-duty trucks.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot batteries, alternators, starter motors, relays, fuses, and wiring.
• Diagnose and repair lighting, dashboard indicators, sensors, and electronic components.
• Perform electrical testing with multimeters and diagnostic scanners.
• Diagnose and repair air-conditioning problems; test for leaks and refrigerant issues.
• Coordinate with mechanics and drivers; prepare maintenance reports.
• Maintain tools and ensure safety standards.
