NXTLVL Farms in Taguig City, Metro Manila, is seeking a professional Company/Truck Driver for our transport operations. This full-time role involves safely operating company vehicles to transport goods and materials, ensuring on-time delivery while upholding safety and professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have a valid PH driver's license, 2–3 years of truck driving experience, and a solid understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid professional driver's license (PH Class 2 or higher) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of truck driving or commercial vehicle operation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of traffic regulations, road safety standards and vehicle maintenance basics.
• Ability to load and unload cargo manually and secure it properly.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport agricultural products to designated locations within scheduled timeframes.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of vehicles.
• Maintain records of routes, mileage, fuel consumption and delivery times.
• Load and unload cargo safely and ensure proper securing and weight distribution.

About the Role

We are seeking a professional Company/Truck Driver to join our transport operations team based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to become a key part of our logistics network. As a Company/Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. You will play a vital role in supporting our agricultural supply chain and maintaining our reputation for dependable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and transportation regulations
• Transport agricultural products and goods to designated locations within scheduled timeframes
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in proper working condition
• Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, fuel consumption and delivery timesLoad and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays or issues
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the vehicle and cargo area
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents or safety concerns to management immediately
• Comply with all company policies, safety protocols and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Valid professional driver's license (PH Class 2 or higher) with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in truck driving or commercial vehicle operation
• Comprehensive knowledge of traffic regulations, road safety standards and vehicle maintenance basics
• Well-conditioned and ability to handle manual loading and unloading of cargo
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong commitment to workplace safety
• Proficiency in basic vehicle operation and troubleshooting of common mechanical issues
• Familiarity with navigating Metro Manila routes and traffic patterns is advantageous
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate logistical records
