Responsibilities

• Managing project financial performance, coordinating efforts of a variety of functional areas to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget to achieve product plan objectives.
• Acting as a trusted business partner in terms of advising on upcoming initiatives with respect to feasibility, decomposition into MVP, release planning, solution options, and capacity utilization.
• Managing Tribe backlog and capacity: leading ideation and scoping processes closely with business and product owners, solution designers, and vendors to ensure that business initiatives in the pipeline undergo proper feasibility analysis, scoping, and release planning, while considering business priorities and tribe capacity, including scalability considerations.
• Ensuring the timely completion of product/project assignments for technological development or enhancement so that the tribe can deliver current and future technology requirements.
• Monitoring adherence to procedures and controls at each process, ensuring all relevant functional requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost‑effective service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex projects and product development.
• Knowledge in managing agile methodology.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience managing resources with different skill sets for agile delivery methods.
• Experience collaborating with diverse business and IT teams.
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture / Solutions Architect or related function, with the ability to perform product design and analysis.
