Job summary

Mynt is seeking a Portfolio Manager to align portfolio activities with strategic goals and communicate clear direction to multiple teams. You will identify project dependencies across tribes and drive collaboration to resolve cross-functional challenges.

You will also generate regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership, while assessing risks and defining mitigation strategies to protect delivery momentum.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; Postgraduate / MBA in project management or related field preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects and product development.
• Knowledge of managing agile methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience of managing resources with different skill sets for agile delivery methods.

Who you’ll be working with:

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring that all portfolio activities are aligned with overarching organizational strategies and objectives. Communicating portfolio strategies clearly to teams to ensure consistent direction and focus.
• Identifying and tracking dependencies between projects across tribes.
• Facilitating collaboration and communication between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies. Generating regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with teams to assess the impact of identified risks and determine mitigation strategies
• Regularly review risk exposure and report on risk status to leadership, highlighting critical areas.
