Job summary

SM Store is seeking a Finance Officer to oversee day-to-day operations and manage Forex and Remittance performance. You will ensure accurate reconciliations and timely reporting of daily system-generated records.

Key duties include updating display rates across counters based on broadcast rates, enforcing AML and BSP regulations, handling escalated customer queries, and maintaining compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administer daily performance of tasks related to Forex and Remittance.
• Reconcile Foreign Exchange and Dollar Remit Fund with daily system reports and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure display rates across all counters are updated based on broadcast rates.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints and maintain compliance with AML and BSP regulations.

• Manage and account if Foreign Exchange and Dollar Remit Fund is reconciled with daily system generated reports
• Implement compliance to Anti-Money Laundering Law and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Regulations
• Ensure that the display rates in all counters are updated always based on broadcast rates
• Handle and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course
