• Reconcile Foreign Exchange and Dollar Remit Fund with daily system generated reports.
• Implement compliance to Anti-Money Laundering Law and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Regulations.
• Ensure display rates at all counters are updated based on broadcast rates.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints.

• Manage and account if Foreign Exchange and Dollar Remit Fund is reconciled with daily system generated reports

• Implement compliance to Anti-Money Laundering Law and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Regulations

• Ensure that the display rates in all counters are updated always based on broadcast rates

• Handle and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints
