Job summary

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations, focusing on check preparation, disbursement processing, and ensuring timely payments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of treasury/finance related courses.
• Knowledgeable in disbursement practices and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Preferably with experience using MS Dynamics or IPAS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare check vouchers and checkwriter proof lists per SLA.
• Ensure timely processing of high-priority payments (utilities, government remittances).
• Validate sign-offs on checks and online payments.
• Enforce OR/AR/CR issuance when releasing checks.
