Job summary

Palm Concepcion Power Corporation is seeking a treasury professional to manage cash flow, forecast needs, and oversee daily treasury operations in Metro Manila. The role requires a solid grounding in treasury practices and collaboration with banks and finance teams.

The successful candidate will monitor financial obligations, support financing activities, and maintain internal controls over treasury processes, including any foreign exchange and interest-rate exposure tasks if applicable.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any business course (Accountancy, Management, Marketing).
• 3-5 years experience in Treasury Operations and Cash Management.
• Preferably with Treasury Operations and Cash Management trainings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Handles the nitty-gritty of daily treasury operations.
• Process and oversee fund transfers, loan drawdowns, and debt servicing
• Coordinate with banks on account management, facilities, and documentation
• Ensure timely settlement of financial obligations
• Prepare treasury reports for management
• Monitor compliance with loan covenants and financing agreements
• Support financing activities, renewals, and negotiations
• Implement and maintain internal controls over treasury transactions
• Assist in managing foreign exchange and interest rate exposures (if applicable)
