DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC) invites applications for the role of Assistant Treasury Manager in its Manila office. The successful candidate will oversee treasury operations, reporting, and compliance for the condo corp. and related units, reporting to the Finance/Treasury leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in treasury or senior treasury roles, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MS Dynamics or IPAS is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Treasury-related field.
• 5+ years in treasury supervision or senior treasury role.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferably familiar with MS Dynamics or IPAS.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze reports and trends.

Aufgaben

• Ensure treasury deliverables meet quality standards and SLAs.
• Establish metrics and controls for treasury operations, cashiering, and billing/collection.
• Oversee filing of compliance requirements (BIR remittances, VAT, ITR, etc.).
• Prepare and review cash position reports, disbursement monitoring, and budgets for condo corp.
• Monitor bank balances and perform audits on collection reports and compliance.
• Represent the company and condo corp. with partner banks.

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for an Assistant Treasury Manager. The successful candidate will behired directly by DPMC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring that the Treasury Department's deliverables are executed with quality and that service level agreements are consistently met by setting standard SLAs and performance metrics for the treasury groups
• Establishing check and balance metrics for all deliverables of the Treasury group, including treasury operations, cashiering roles, and billing and collection management
• Overseeing the filing of compliance requirements, including BIR remittances such as annual registration fees, EWT, VAT, ITR, etc.
• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reports including cash position reports, disbursement monitoring, budget preparations for condo corp., collection management, etc., and coming up with valuable recommendations to improve performance of the condo corp. and of the company
• Establishing a clear monitoring of bank balances of condo corp. and of the company, performing necessary audits on collection reports, and other compliances related to financial management of the condo corp.
• Representing the company and the condo corp. managed to partner banks as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of courses related to Treasury Management, Finance Management, etc.
• With at least 5 years' work experience as a Treasury Supervisor or equivalent senior-level treasury position
• Proficient in MS Offices especially on Excel and Powerpoint
• Preferably with working knowledge and experience in using MS Dynamics or IPAS
• Must be detail-oriented and capable to analyze reports and trends
