Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its Finance team in the Philippines. The role focuses on payroll processes, financial reporting, and system enhancements within distribution systems.

The ideal candidate will administer payroll and benefits for advisors, prepare payroll reports, and analyze advisor withholding tax reports, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements. A strong analytical mindset and MS Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with payroll systems and financial reporting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering payroll and benefits for advisors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support disbursements
• Compile and analyze advisor withholding tax reports, ensuring reconciliation with source documents and the general ledger.
• Generate and process ad hoc reports, including Advisor's Clearance, Advisor's Certificate, and Branch Fund reports.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ACBU's projects, initiatives, and system enhancements to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
• Handle inquiries from advisors and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
