Job summary

Yokowo Manufacturing of the Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounting and Treasury Associate to handle accounting transactions, treasury operations, and regulatory reporting support in a dynamic environment.

You will process BIR filings, manage payable and bank transactions, reconcile records in SAP, and assist PEZA reporting and audits. Strong accuracy, communication, and data management are essential, with at least 1 year in accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or treasury functions.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, treasury, BIR compliance, and bank reconciliation.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process BIR filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage accounts payable transactions, disbursements, collections, and bank transactions.
• Record, verify, and reconcile accounting transactions in SAP.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and support financial reporting requirements.
• Review purchase, sales, import, and export transactions and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and internal departments on accounting matters.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, reports, and digital files.
• Assist in PEZA reporting, inventory audits, and preparation of financial schedules.
• Perform other accounting and treasury-related duties as assigned by management.
