Job summary

Belo Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Operations Officer in the Philippines to support day-to-day treasury activities, including cash monitoring, payment processing, and bank transactions.

You will maintain controls and documentation, assist in cash flow forecasting, and coordinate with banks and accounting for proper posting. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in finance or accounting and 1–3 years of experience, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years in finance, accounting, or treasury support; fresh grads with internships may be considered.
• Basic understanding of accounting and cash handling.
• Familiarity with Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cash Monitoring:Track daily cash balances across bank accounts.
• Payments Processing:Prepare and process payments (suppliers, reimbursements, payroll funding).
• Bank Transactions & Reconciliation:Record treasury-related transactions in the accounting system; assist bank reconciliations.
• Documentation & Compliance:Maintain organized records and ensure internal controls.
