Job summary

All About People Consulting seeks a Treasury Supervisor to oversee daily treasury operations in the Philippines. You will manage cash positioning, fund transfers, and banking transactions, ensuring accurate processing and timely disbursements.

The role requires 3–5 years in treasury or cash management, with supervisory experience and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. You will collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to enhance internal controls and liquidity management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of treasury, cash management, or finance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, bank reconciliation, and banking transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy with confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, fund transfers, collections, and disbursements.
• Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational requirements.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Manage and coordinate banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, check issuance, and online banking activities.
• Monitor incoming collections and outgoing payments and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banks regarding account requirements, transactions, documentation, and other banking concerns.
• Monitor loans, interest payments, bank charges, and other financing-related transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization of treasury transactions.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls over cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare treasury reports and provide management with updates on cash position and liquidity.
• Assist in cash flow planning and financial analysis.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate treasury staff.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
