Job summary

Macondray Finance Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Treasury Assistant/Associate to support daily financial operations in Metro Manila. You will assist cash management, reconciliations, and bank transactions across branches.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Financial Management/Business Administration and at least 3 years in treasury. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Netsuite, SAP or QuickBooks are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in Treasury Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Knowledgeable in cash management, collections, disbursements, and bank transactions.
• Familiar with financial documentation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Ability to manage a large volume of transactions efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in handling funds and records.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different branches and departments.
