MGEN Renewables is seeking a Treasury Officer in Metro Manila to support project financing operations in Pasig. The role ensures compliance with loan agreements, manages banking relationships, and supports cash management processes.

The candidate will handle documentations for conditions precedent and covenants, monitor loan portfolios, and prepare reports for senior management, with a focus on timely repayments and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of treasury/cash management or loan administration.
• Strong knowledge of loan agreements, covenants and debt instruments.
• Experience with bank loans or credit facilities preferred.
• Willing to work under 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

• Support project financing with compliance for conditions precedent and covenants.
• Ensure documentation and adherence to loan covenants and regulations.
• Manage credit lines with partner banks and renewals.
• Monitor loan portfolios for timely repayments and risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports for senior management and Meralco group on loan status.
• Maintain up-to-date KYC documents for all bank accounts.
• Support cash management with accurate tracking of cashflows.
