PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation is seeking an Assistant Treasury Manager to oversee financing facilities, debt repayments, and refinancing of maturing obligations, coordinating loan drawdowns and funding requirements to support project development.

The role focuses on bank and funder relationships, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring compliance with lender terms across the company’s financing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Understanding of debt financing, banking facilities, cash flow management, and financial markets.
• Ability to manage multiple financing activities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or project finance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor debt and financing portfolio, including bank loans, project financing, CTS financing, corporate facilities, and other funding arrangements.
• Maintain an up-to-date loan maturity schedule covering principal, interest, maturity dates, repayment terms, and available facilities.
• Monitor upcoming loan maturities and refinancing requirements and coordinate with lenders.
• Monitor loan utilization, balances, interest rates, and covenants.
• Ensure timely settlement of principal and interest obligations.
• Monitor daily cash positions and maturities; update cash flow forecasts on multiple timescales.
• Identify refinancing requirements and funding gaps; escalate as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and funding partners.
• Act as treasury contact for banks on financing matters and coordinate with relationship managers for facilities and renewals.
• Assist in negotiating loan terms, rates, fees, and maturities; coordinate lender documentation and requirements.
• Assist in arranging new credit facilities, project financing, refinancing, and funding lines.
• Prepare financing proposals and information packages for banks and funders.
• Support in evaluating funding alternatives and optimizing financing structure.
• Ensure compliance with financing conditions and lender requirements.
• Monitor project-specific accounts and financing-related requirements.
