Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury support (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered).
• Basic understanding of accounting and cash handling processes.
• Familiarity with Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track daily cash balances across bank accounts.
• Update cash position reports on a daily/weekly basis.
• Assist in preparing basic cash flow forecasts.
• Flag potential cash shortages or unusual movements.
• Prepare and process payments (suppliers, reimbursements, payroll funding, etc.).
• Ensure all payments are properly supported and approved before processing.
• Upload payment files to banking platforms.
• Maintain payment schedules and monitor due dates.
• Download bank statements and transaction reports.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Record treasury-related transactions in the accounting system.
• Coordinate with accounting for proper posting.
• Maintain organized records of payments, bank documents, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Support audits by providing required treasury documents.
• Follow internal controls for payment processing and cash handling.
• Liaise with banks for routine matters (transaction follow-ups, document requests).
• Assist in bank account maintenance (forms, documentation, updates).
• Support improvements in payment processes and reporting.
• Assist in system updates and master data maintenance (e.g., bank details, suppliers).
• Participate in treasury-related system or process initiatives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
