Responsibilities

• Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining check vouchers and treasury documents.
• Encode check vouchers, payment transactions, and other financial data.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of sales invoices and related docs.
• Review and organize supporting documents for payments and disbursements.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and monitoring files.
• Perform treasury, accounting, and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
