Qualifications

Currently pursuing BS Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Financial Management, Finance, or a related course.
Proficient in or familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and documents.
Willing to report in Marikina City.

Responsibilities

Assist in the filing, organization, and maintenance of check vouchers and other treasury documents.
Encode check vouchers, payment transactions, and other financial data accurately and timely.
Assist in the preparation and processing of sales invoices and related documentation.
Review and organize supporting documents for payments, disbursements, and other financial transactions.
Support the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and monitoring files.
Perform other treasury, accounting, and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
