Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Prior bank operations experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills to convey information and discrepancies.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across departments and learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain static data records in Treasury systems for clients and counterparties.
• Provide administrative and operational support, monitor requests, and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Perform first-level validation of requests and documents for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and logs to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Identify data inconsistencies and system issues, assisting in troubleshooting and resolution.
• Maintain audit-ready records and processing evidence for regulatory and audit needs.
